Structural Steel Fitter

Full-time

Join our fabrication shop crew fitting structural members for commercial and industrial projects. You will lay out, fit, and tack-weld steel components per approved shop drawings before they move to final welding.

Requirements

  • 3+ years fitting structural steel in a shop environment
  • Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and shop details
  • Experience with layout, tacking, and fit-up of beams, columns, and bracing
  • OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 preferred)

Certified Welder (AWS D1.1)

Full-time

We are looking for certified welders to join our shop and field crews. You will perform structural welding on carbon steel members per WPS, maintain weld quality standards, and support our commitment to 100% inspection pass rates.

Requirements

  • Current AWS D1.1 certification in SMAW and/or FCAW
  • Minimum 2 years production welding on structural steel
  • Ability to pass a 3G/4G plate qualification test
  • Experience with both shop and field welding preferred

Steel Erection Foreman

Full-time

Lead our field erection crews on commercial and industrial projects across South Texas. Responsibilities include daily crew coordination, crane planning, safety enforcement, and direct communication with the project superintendent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in steel erection with at least 2 years in a lead/foreman role
  • OSHA 30, rigging certification, and signal person qualified
  • Proven ability to manage a crew of 6-10 ironworkers in the field
  • Strong understanding of erection sequences, plumbing, and bolt-up procedures

Estimator / Project Coordinator

Full-time

Support the project management team with estimating, material procurement, and scheduling for our structural steel projects. You will prepare bid packages, track submittals, and coordinate between the shop, field, and general contractors.

Requirements

  • 2+ years estimating or coordinating steel fabrication projects
  • Proficiency in Tekla, SDS/2, or equivalent steel detailing software
  • Strong material take-off and bid preparation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
