Structural Steel
When your structural steel scope gets split across a detailer, a fabricator, and an erector, you spend more time managing subcontractors than managing the project. We eliminated that problem. One crew handles engineering, fabrication, delivery, and erection — single-source, full accountability.
What We Build
Our Process
Engineering & Detailing
Our in-house detailing team produces connection drawings and shop drawings from your design documents. We coordinate with the engineer of record, resolve RFIs before they reach the field, and lock down the scope before a single piece of steel gets cut. This step alone saves two to three weeks compared to outsourcing detailing.
Shop Fabrication
Steel is cut, drilled, welded, and assembled in our 15,000 sq ft shop under controlled conditions. We run AWS-certified welders on every structural joint, and every piece is match-marked and staged for erection sequence. Bolt holes are verified against the model before anything ships.
Delivery & Logistics
We coordinate delivery to match your erection sequence — not our shop schedule. Steel arrives on-site in the order it goes up, staged and bundled by grid line. Our trucks run on your timeline because we control both ends of the process.
On-Site Erection
Our field crew erects the steel they built. They know every connection because they welded it. We bring our own cranes and rigging gear, run our own crane signals, and bolt to the structural engineer's torque specs. Plumb, level, and documented.
