42-ton structural package for a 60,000 sq ft distribution facility. Engineering drawings through erection in 11 weeks. Wide-flange columns, open-web joists, and moment connections throughout.
Alamo Ranch Commercial Plaza
Custom steel canopy structures and decorative metalwork for a mixed-use retail development. Plasma-cut panels with powder coat finish. Architectural details per the design team's spec.
SAWS Pump Station Retrofit
Emergency structural reinforcement and equipment platform installation for a municipal water utility. Mobilized in 72 hours. Worked around live operations with zero shutdowns.
Lackland AFB Maintenance Hangar
67-ton structural steel package for a military aircraft maintenance hangar. Clear-span moment frames, crane rail support steel, and overhead bridge crane runway beams. Federal compliance documentation included.
Pearl District Pedestrian Bridge
Custom-fabricated pedestrian bridge with architectural steel railings and plasma-cut decorative panels. Galvanized and powder coated for outdoor exposure. Coordinated with landscape architect.
HEB Distribution Expansion
28-ton field welding scope for a grocery distribution facility expansion. FCAW structural connections and equipment anchor plates. Night shift operations to avoid disrupting active warehouse.
Brooks City Base Medical Office
34-ton structural steel package for a three-story medical office building. Composite deck connections, moment frames, and stair towers. Coordinated with MEP for floor penetrations.
Port San Antonio Industrial Platform
15-ton equipment platform installation inside an operating industrial facility. Tight-access crane work, overnight shifts, and field-fit connections to existing foundations. Mobilized and completed in 9 days.
