Welding Services
Every welder on our crew is AWS-certified and tested on the processes they run. We do not hire welders and hope they can pass a test — they prove it before they strike an arc on your project. Structural, pressure, and specialty applications. Shop and field.
Welding Processes
Four processes, each suited to different materials and conditions. We match the process to the job — not the other way around.
Shielded Metal Arc (Stick)
The most versatile field welding process. Handles wind, rust, and rough conditions. We use it for structural connections, heavy plate, and field repairs where conditions are not ideal.
Gas Metal Arc (MIG)
High deposition rate for shop production welding. Clean, consistent beads on carbon steel and aluminum. Our go-to for fabrication projects with high linear footage of welds.
Flux-Cored Arc
Combines the speed of GMAW with the penetration of SMAW. We run it in the shop for heavy structural work and in the field when gas shielding is impractical.
Gas Tungsten Arc (TIG)
Precision welding for stainless steel, aluminum, and thin-gauge applications. Used where appearance, purity, or tight tolerances matter — food-grade, pharmaceutical, and architectural work.
Certifications & Qualifications
Shop & Field Capability
Shop Welding
Our 15,000 sq ft shop handles production welding on fabrication projects. Controlled environment, overhead cranes for positioning, and welding stations set up for multi-process work. Quality is easier to control when conditions are consistent.
Field Welding
Our field crews deploy with mobile welding rigs equipped for SMAW and FCAW processes. On-site structural connections, field modifications, emergency repairs, and installations where shop welding is not practical. Same certified welders, same QC standards.
Quality Control
Every weld on every project gets a visual inspection by the lead welder before it ships or gets covered. For projects that require it, we coordinate third-party NDT — ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection, or dye penetrant testing. Weld maps, inspection reports, and welder identification are documented and delivered with the project package.
