If it is made of steel and it does not come out of a catalog, we build it. Brackets, platforms, guards, hoppers, chutes, architectural metalwork — from detailed shop drawings to a napkin sketch, we figure out how to make it and we get it done right.
Materials We Work
Carbon Steel
A36, A992, A500 structural tubing. The backbone of commercial and industrial fabrication. We stock common shapes and sizes for faster turnaround.
Stainless Steel
304 and 316 grades for food processing, pharmaceutical, and corrosion-resistant applications. TIG-welded and passivated when spec requires it.
Aluminum
6061 and 5052 alloys for lightweight structural and architectural applications. MIG and TIG welded with proper filler alloys.
Shop Capabilities
Plasma Cutting
CNC plasma table cutting up to 2-inch plate. Clean, precise cuts on carbon and stainless steel with minimal heat distortion.
Rolling & Bending
Plate rolling, angle rolling, and tube bending for curved structural members, hoppers, and architectural elements.
Drilling & Punching
CNC-controlled drilling and hydraulic punching for bolt patterns, connection holes, and high-volume repetitive layouts.
Welding & Assembly
AWS-certified welders handling SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW processes. Every weld inspected and documented before assembly.
Surface Prep & Finishing
Sandblasting, primer application, and powder coat coordination. We prep in-house and manage finishing to your paint spec.
